Guided tour of the new and fascinating exhibition "Democrisis"

Join a fascinating guided tour that will take place in the Museum on the Seam, in the new and innovative exhibition of the museum - "Democrisis". The Tour will be guided in Hebrew. The exhibition discusses acts of protest, resistance, and civil disobedience in Israel.

About the Exhibition

By observing the sequence of photographs and the events they document, one can grasp the effectiveness of protests, their capacity to instigate change, and their impact on reality. Simultaneously, the exhibition encourages us to contemplate the perceptual and technological transformations that occur within photography, documentation, and representation.

The exhibition provokes thought about the changing media and cognitive effects of photography when it becomes an integral part of the act of protest. The showcased photographs encompass a wide range, capturing both intricate details and human gestures at eye level, as well as the distant, technological vantage point from above in drone photographs.
