The Israel Museum, Jerusalem, opens its Winter Exhibitions 2026 with a public evening event featuring five new exhibitions across the museum. Guests are invited to join the opening programme and then explore the exhibitions independently.
Opening event itinerary
7:00 pm – Reception in the upper entrance hall
7:30 pm – Greetings
7:45 pm – A musical work composed by Romi Kopelman and Alon Renzer, inspired by Danziger’s sculpture “Nimrod”
8:15–9:30 pm – Independent viewing of the exhibitions
