Through interactive installations, videos, rare clips, personal items from Yehoram Gaon's collection, and an audio guide in his voice – we'll embark on a journey following the Jerusalem boy who became a national symbol and the soundtrack of an entire nation. The exhibition takes visitors on a journey through the stations of Yehoram Gaon's life – from the neighborhoods of Jerusalem, through military bands, plays, films, songs and recordings – to his contemporary work. Among the exhibits you'll find rare items never before displayed, original manuscripts, iconic hats and many other surprises.
Additionally: elaborate clips directed by Maurice Ben Mayor and Kobi Farag, a transparent studio where you can record a personal cover and receive a souvenir video, and an elegant exhibition catalog – for those who want to take the inspiration home with them.
