Shalem. Harmony of Broken Instruments
Unique and rhythmical performance based on broken, weary, and neglected instruments. The idea was to re-define the meaning of the word “Harmony.” It’s a miracle that’s born from the destruction, the harmony within the shreds. All of this is as exhilarating as the music itself. This evening is a unique combination: old instruments and new music, written by local composers – Dudu Tessa, Nizar Elkhatar and Maya Donitz. These pieces were created specifically for the occasion. It promises a unique experience. It’ll restore your faith in the notion that even something broken can be repaired.
