The FIRST STATION SPORTS PROGRAM schedule
Join a training session for men with Abraham Ahalman. The training routine encourages men of all fitness levels to develop a health consciousness. Get introduced to easy-to-learn exercises which you can also choose to develop into more sophisticated ones, depending on your own progress.
Enjoy Cardio Sculpt Fusion with Sabrina Pearl. This training routine combines cardio, Pilates, yoga, and bodyweight exercises that will make you strong, fit, and energetic. It is recommended to bring a towel or a yoga mat. Mothers with strollers are also welcome to join. The training session lasts for 45 min, and it is suitable for all levels.
HIT (high-intensity interval training) with Alyson Folok. Experience an energetic workout of intensive aerobic exercises (push-ups, jumps and squats) with short rests in between. The HIT is a full-body workout program. It is perfect for all muscle groups, improves cardio and burns dozens of calories and fat. A towel and a mat are required.
Join a yoga workout for women with Lia Lewis.
Experience a Chi Kung training session with Ayala. This training is done standing up, and it is suited for everyone and for all ages. The training session aims to nurture our health, following the principles of the traditional Chinese Medicine. Chi Kung movements are flowing and calm and the exercises put emphasis on listening to your breath and paying attention to your posture.

Wake up with a vinyasa yoga sequence, flow gradually into an intensive workout of kicks and fists, and finish your session with stretches and meditation. This workout is suitable for all levels, even for those who do not have any experience with kickboxing or yoga at all.
