My girlfriends and I went to David Citadel for a spa day. Everything went smooth and beautifully from beginning to end, The spa is Divine, the massage left me feeling relaxed, the breakfast had tons of amazing good quality options, and we overall felt like royalty. We were also treated very Kindly by the Guest Relations Manager, Manuel Arbid, who welcomed us to the executive lounge where we were able to help ourselves to food and drinks. I will be going back again soon!

My coworkers and I were gifted an amazing spa experience at the Citadel. The massage by Tamar was outstanding! My coworkers loved their massages by Orly and Rivi as well. The staff was super accommodating and friendly! Naomi and Eden were so warm and helpful. I would definitely recommend this experience!

Great massage — mediocre facilities

First, Gilad gave an amazing massage. I’m picky, get a lot of massages and he’s awesome for deep tissue. Trust me, you won’t be sorry! The facilities, however, are dated and the amenities are poor. My massage was in a room just off the main walkway, not a quiet sanctuary, so lots of running and...

First, Gilad gave an amazing massage. I’m picky, get a lot of massages and he’s awesome for deep tissue. Trust me, you won’t be sorry! The facilities, however, are dated and the amenities are poor. My massage was in a room just off the main walkway, not a quiet sanctuary, so lots of running and shouting. The locker area is unisex, so you have to go in the locker room to change, then carry your clothes and shoes into the hallway, like it’s laundry day in college, to put them in your locker. The robes are small. I’m a 5’11” woman and could stand to lose a few, but I’m not THAT large, and I had to ask for a bigger robe. They told me to try a “men’s robe” pretty sure it was the exact same. Both fit, but gaped. So the girls in front, Naomi and Shani, were very sweet and told me they would get me another bigger robe. The “bigger robe” I had to wait 15 minutes for fit the exact same way. No fault of the nice girls that the robes were made for 5’4” Israeli pioneers who had just moved here from countries where they were starved. Still, it was humiliating and I wanted to cancel right then. The fact that the girls were so nice and Gilad was so awesome made me glad I stayed. But seriously, I’ve never had to ask for a larger size robe (even in China or Japan, where I might have expected to) and that really started off the experience poorly. Time for an update in facilities and amenities to have the spa match the very fine service.
