Lunch stop on our tour...Abu -Gosh restaurant is a must stop! Beginning with an array of salads, hummus and beets, rice stuffed red peppers, the lamb or chicken kababs were just wonderful. The lamb was seasoned and delicious, the chicken moist and flavorful. The owner was a great host; holds a Guinness Book of World records for the largest dish of hummus! He also was a winner of the US lottery, some years ago of over $17M. He invested his money wisely, opening his restaurant and helping his community.
