The food was really good . The glass of wine was expensive. It is well located and I really recommend the place for dinner if you are in Jerusalem

Group Dining Menus
If you’re dining with a group of 6-24 people, we highly recommend doing a group menu starting at 180 NIS per person for lunch and 200 NIS per person in the evenings.
All group menus include a bread with olive oil and various dips, a collection of starters and beverages in the middle of the table for sharing and a main course and dessert for each diner.
Your group also gets 10% off the wine and alcohol menu, and you can upgrade your beverage options to include a glass of wine for each diner (20 NIS per person) or unlimited wine for your entire group (50 NIS per person).
For bookings and more details, call Angelica’s reservations desk.

MoreLast night we had dinner at Angelica, a very upscale, kosher restaurant that is literally around the corner from the YMCA where we are staying, on Washington Street. A friend introduced me to this place years ago, but it was my husband Brett’s first time, and we agree that it was the best meal of the trip so far (and we have had GOOD meals!). We were able to do one of our favorite things at great restaurants: we went with the multi-course tasting menu, with Israeli wine-flight pairings with most courses. Angelica is a chef-owned restaurant (we tend to love those, too), and the menu was chef’s choice: by and large a surprise. At our request, we did not have beef tartar, as Brett will not eat uncooked beef for health reasons, and the chef (perhaps unhappily) substituted a fish ceviche instead, and that was fantastic. (Thank you, chef!) Our wine expert was Aviḥai, and he was great, and we had wonderful service from Michael as well. What we love about tasting menus is that you can have several dishes but in small portions, so we did not leave feeling overly full at all. Nor was it a huge amount of wine, as these are 3 oz flights, not full glasses. It was a winner!
LessExcellent location if you are staying at the YMCA. High end restaurant and everything is world class. We did the tasting menu for about $130 with great wine pairing. Since it is a Kosher restaurant all of the wines were from Israel and they were excellent. Staff were warm and helpful especially Michael...
