Nice local place
TripAdvisor RatingReviewed 5 days ago

Nice local place with good and friendly service, the food was OK. Recommended with family and friends especially if you're in the area, Not a cheap place but still a decent value for money.

Very satisfactory

Went to this restaurant with my 93 year old father and found that it was not kosher. It was a super production to get him there so we decided to stay kosher in this place. We had: ravioli with ricotta and fish balls. Both were free of meat and milk mixed or any of the forbidden sea creatures. So far of technicalities. The food was really good. Much better than I had remembered (I have eaten here before years ago). The wine was perfect but the deserts were outstanding. I had cheese cake with orange sauce and he had what they call chocolate pudding but which looked to me more like chocolate mouse with walnuts. He was in seventh heaven and I too can say that I was not suffering. His coffee was as he likes it (which is not always the case) and the price was not even high. They thought we should have just a little more sugar and gave us a complementary "creme brule" which despite our protestations although did not survive.. Unfortunately we could not sit at the top terrace as there is no internal lift but where we sat was very atmospheric. I understand that the view from the top is worth a visit in itself. I hope to be back.

We enjoyed a very pleasant meal on the rooftop veranda watching the sunset over Jerusalem. The service was good and the staff was friendly and attentive. We plan to visit again....

We made a reservation for this restaurant in the morning. When we arrived to Ein Kerem, we had a real difficulty to find a place to park our car. Finally we parked and then to our surprise, this restaurant was pretty empty. We ordered our dishes and after some 20 minutes the starters came and later the main dishes. We ordered different dishes such as steak, risotto or Chorizo ( an Argentine sausage) and it was very good. Highly recommended.
