The Inbal hotel is a real gem that offers some of the best cuisines in Jerusalem. Now that the Lounge is open for business with its new menu full of amazing entrees, meat skewers and other dishes meant for real food-admirers.
The concept and menu were developed by the same people who brought us Mona Restaurant and Anna Italian Cafe. It is a dream-team headed by Moshiko Gamlieli and Itamar Navon who are already legends by their right; and to add more personality based on the unique vibe of the Inbal Hotel, the executive home chef Nir Elkayam had sparkled his magic to complete this masterpiece of a restaurant.
