Deliciously decadent grilled meats, situated right in the heart of the lively Mahane Yehuda market

Eat Barah (there’s a clever world play here – Eat combined with the Hebrew world Hitbarech, meaning Blessed be) is a kosher meat restaurant located at Etz Hayyim Street—right in the heart of the most well-known market in the city (and probably the whole country!) Eat Barah gives you the joy to taste one of the most delicious and innovative dishes in the country – the ”Chicken Cone”. This unique dish originated in Budapest and comes in the form of a crispy waffle cup filled with chicken, entrecote, Asado, kebab, and shawarma with a variety of homemade sauces: harissa aioli, garlic, honey, smoked sauce, or chimichurri. The dish is served alongside special salads that will blow your taste buds away. You can also order all the dishes in hot frena bread if you like. The restaurant serves a rich meat grill menu, accompanied by special house salads. Among the various dishes you can enjoy the deconstructed asado dish - cooked for 14 hours in a marinade of root vegetables, spices, and herbs, and finally served in a cone or frena, as you choose. The vegetarians among you will be able to enjoy vegetarian dishes as well, based on cauliflower or mushrooms in the cone or frena bread.

Small celebrations at EAT Barah

The space is designed in a modern, warm, and inviting style, created for gatherings of up to 30 people, so you’re welcome to host private events, such as birthdays, anniversaries, parties, and other small events, in the afternoon and evening hours The staff will be happy to serve you on the highest level, and the atmosphere is luxurious and VIP in every sense of the word.

In the end it was delicious (not to fly) .... but before that there was a 50 minute wait for the dishes. The place works in disarray and lack of cleanliness.
