The service is really bad. It seems like the stuff did everything they could to ignore us in every possible way. The food was not good at all. I got my dish without all the ingredients that were mentioned in the menu. other then that the food is not creative and not even close to the original place downtown and thats a shame. I wouldn't recommend going there.

The place was half empty and such service cannot be blamed on being busy . Dont think will try again same place

One of the worst meals I have had in years

The foccacia was mediocre, with some olive oil poured over large pieces of raw garlic. The main course I ordered, fettucini with salmon, mushrooms, and more, was greasy, over-spiced, and left me with a stomach ache. The main course I ordered, fettucini with salmon, mushrooms, and more, was greasy, over-spiced, and left me with a stomach ache. The service ranged from poor to indifferent: the waiters were much more interested in talking to each other than in serving the diners. And the restaurant was noisy, so that it was difficult to hear the other 3 people I was dining with. This was by far the worst meal I have had in years.

There is such a beast in Jerusalem!! While most kosher Italian restaurants in Jerusalem stick to dairy, Foccacia serves food fit for carnivores. There is such a beast in Jerusalem!! While most kosher Italian restaurants in Jerusalem stick to dairy, Foccacia serves food fit for carnivores. We were part of a family gathering, and were thus served with a fixed menu. For starters there was a platter of antipasti, chopped liver, and roasted eggplant in tahini, served with breads. All were tasty. The main dish was a platter of meats that included chicken, kebabs, entrecote, filet, and others, accompanied by French fries and rice. Dessert included several parve pastries. Overall an excellent experience, but service was rather slow...
