We always come to Hachapuria when we are in Jerusalem. We love the food, and the value is great. This time we noticed that they had a major renovation, making the inside seating much bigger and more pleasant, although it's still fun to sit outside. We ordered a dish which is essentially bread with Georgian cheese and an egg in the middle, and when we got it, we asked for a knife to cut it (as always). The waiter told us that we were eating it the wrong way - just grab a hunk of crust/bread and dip it in the mix of cheese and egg - fabulous! We will continue to come back every visit.

I had hot, fresh baked bread stuffed with cheese and spinach, and a side of herbed carrot salad. Both were so amazingly delicious! Nice staff, convenient location!

    Amazing

Randomly walking around looking for a place to have dinner at, stumbled upon this restaurant. Didnt know what they served but were open to something new, it looked good and was crowded, the locals must know whats up! Time to order didnt know what to do but was helped by the very friendly guy at the counter and was told it would take some time. Ordered the basic kachapuri and it was amazing, when it arrived the guy at the counter told us to mix the egg with the cheese and take a peice of the bread and eat it as a dip. First bite and I was taken away. What a great tasting food (even though not healthy) and experience. Will definitely recommend to friends and revisit.

I loved adjarian khachapuri here! It just makes you feel back in Georgia. The staff is really friendly, they don't make you feel lonely. The atmosphere, the owner, everything is excellent! I am definitely coming back for more)

    Keeping it simple.

It dosn't much more straightforward than this place. You have to choose to put in any combination of spinach, soft cheese, and egg into an elliptical shaped loaf. This goes into a bread oven and 15 minutes later your meal is ready. That's it. Georgian beer is available. Doesn't sound much and might not sound like...

Inexpensive and delicious. You end up wondering why this sort of meal isn't ubiquitous. It isn't tricky to make or expensive to create. Recommended absolutely.
