Standard oriental restaurant with effective service and average food. Reasonable option. Good for groups.

Good food but sloppy service

Hubs and I went here last night for dinner. Though the food was good, nothing else was. We had the 'mezze' -- salads for appetizer, and hubs had the lamb chops with chips (french fries). Usually in this sort of restaurant, one gets 8 or 10 or 12 different kinds of salads. We got a humus, 'salat yerakot' -- cucumber and tomato salad, cabbage salad, baba ganoush (eggplant and tehina), and tehina. Five salads -- that was it. The table looked empty. We asked for more pita bread -- the waiter brought it with his ungloved, naked hand. Hmmmm... At the end of the meal, I used the bathroom. It was quite an unpleasant experience. I don't think you want the details. Throughout our time in the restaurant, waiters shouted to each other. Is it really necessary to shout? It made the restaurant very noisy and unpleasant. Though the food was good, I'll avoid this restaurant in the future.
