Exspansive and false bill. Old restaurant, food not bad, but check the bill at the payment. Service normal bit not brilliant. First and last time here.

Avoid at all costs – absolutely vile

I visited here back in August (it has taken me a while to write this – but this meal was unforgettably disgusting). Came on Shabbat and restaurant had a few other people in it, including, and not very pleasantly, an incredibly drunk man who was sitting at his table with no shirt on. Hey ho, we were hungry so decided to eat anyway. We ordered three prawn noodles, spring rolls a chicken dish and a couple of other small things. The spring rolls arrived and they were frozen in the centre. And I don't mean a little cold – I mean quite literally little icicles inside. We sent them back, they chucked them in the fryer for a couple more minutes and we ended up not eating them. Now, the prawn noodle dishes. There's bad and then there's this – prawns that tasted so old, so rubbery, like they had been fished out of a rubbish bin, thrown in a wok with some spring onions and chucked in front of you. Hideous. The chicken dish was also pretty disgusting as the meat had been coated in some kind of strange batter substance. Stodgy and all in all, not nice. We complained, manager gave us a small discount, but basically we handed over cash to these charlatans for slop you wouldn't even feed a dog. So, to summarise, that is why I am writing this review – this meal was so bad I won't ever forget it. If you need a restaurant in Jerusalem on Shabbat, don't make the mistake of going here – try Zuni. It's nearby and does a decent burger.

The food tasted terrible, it was absolutely the worst Chinese food or food I've ever eaten. I would give the food no stars if I could. There was only one nice waiter who told us why the food was so bad. They over charged us an extra for terrible food.q The place looked nice...
