The atmosphere is friendly, but not intrusive. I found the meat portion rather small -- it was shavings of corned beef rather than a couple of decent slices -- the Fatoosh salad as a starter was better and cheaper. We came at one o'clock for lunch and there were only three other tables occupied, but by two-thirty almost every table was full and yet the noise level was very low, a big plus! As one of only a few restaurants open on Friday night and Saturday, booking a couple of days ahead for these days is essential. Not kosher.
