Muma was probably the best meal we had in Jerusalem. With four of us to share, we chose to go family style and picked a selection of appetizers and main dishes so we could each get a few bites of as many things as possible. We weren’t disappointed. Each dish was as good or better than the last, and accompanied by a glass or two of Israeli wine, we were all incredibly happy (and full!) when we left. I would recommend making a reservation for this one though. They fill up quickly. The hostess speaks English well and will be happy to work out a time that works for you.

We were two couples for dinner some 10 days ago. All in all - a positive, pleasant experience. The space is very inviting - a beautifully restored old cowshed, steps away from the Kramim hotel, where we spent a short weekend. Nice wines, some of them very reasonably priced. Tasty, generous starters - very good fried Calamari, yummy eggplant salad, a nice shrimp dish. Our main dishes where less exciting, though OK - both the seafood pasta (mine) and pasta with beef (my girlfriend's) were a bit overcooked and lacked sharp, distinct flavors. Our friends seemed to enjoy their dishes (a vegan dish based on chickpeas, and sea bass fillet on gnocchi respectively). For dessert we shared a good apple pie. The service was kind and attentive throughout. At almost 500 Shekels per couple (including tips), it's a bit pricey for this kind of predictable bistro fare, but the general feeling of warm, generous hospitality (including chasers on the house) more than makes up for this.

For dinner or celebration with friends this is the perfect place. The appetizers are very special and delicious and can be made into a meal. The service is friendly and the waiters are helpful. Lots of parking and in good weather have a large terrace outside.
