The O2 restaurant at Inbal Hotel is your place to enjoy contemporary and meticulous Jerusalem cuisine led by chef Nimrod Norman. The rich menu is inspired by the colorful markets of Jerusalem and the varied culinary history of the city, characterized by local Israeli abundance next to meals and ingredients that are unique to the capital.

The O2 restaurant is a result of collaboration between Inbal Hotel and the local Mona group, led by the chefs Moshiko Gamlieli and Itamar Navon. Their conjoined efforts created a menu that emphasizes the traditional Jerusalem with its modern version.
The restaurant serves high-quality meats, skewers, fresh fish, vegetables, and authentic meat dishes crafted with minimalism and precision, all served in the most original and meticulous manner.

Additionally, the restaurant houses a stylish cocktail bar that serves special and high-quality drinks in the most festive environment. Next to the cocktails, there are bears and wines served with a rich and delicious menu, composed of meals that were meant to go along with drinks.
The guests may also enjoy an impressive, well-designed private room for the purpose of private and business events of up to 10 diners. The restaurant offers sitting areas in the inner space, or out in the open, on a balcony that overlooks over breath-taking views.

The chef and the staff of the restaurant will be happy to host you in one of the elegant events halls and rooms of the hotel. The places are perfectly suitable for private events – weddings, bar or bat mitzvah, Shabat Hatan, and others. We’re also well equipped for hosting business events of any scale, including international conferences, small gatherings, training seminars, etc.

You’ll enjoy not only the fine food of the O2 restaurant but also the advanced audio-visual equipment and all kinds of technological means required for a successful event. The trained and experienced staff of the hotel will take care of all the small details and guarantee perfect celebrations without any tackles. “Zion” hall is one of the biggest conference halls in the city, it can host up to 550 sitting guests, of 650 guests in a cocktail event.
This is a modular hall that can be divided into up to 4 separate spaces. It also has two lobbies.
The hotel’s customers include large companies and entities, including El-Al, the Jewish Agency, the annual presidential conference, the Government Press Office, and SMX Israel.
