Guests can fill up their plate once with as much as they want. There is also a soup of the day that changes daily such as mushroom, vegetable, lentil, potato and corn soup. For the main dish, there is usually a choice of four dishes, which may be beef, chicken, schnitzel, fish, turkey and something vegetarian. The main dish comes with two hot side dishes, usually a choice between rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes and beans. Guests that order an additional two side dishes get a meat dish included. Guests also get to pick a dessert from a mouth-watering selection that changes daily and includes seasonal fruit, baklava, watermelon and a variety of cakes.
