We had been recommended another restaurant next door and in looking it up, noticed that Rina and Alice was also in the top 10 for the city. As we arrived our initial first choice restaurant was heaving and noisy while Rina and Alice looked quite empty. So we decided they needed us more and gave it a try. We were not disappointed. Whichever one is the chef can certainly cook. We had an absolutely delicious meal with rich and unusual combinations of flavours. And some great Israeli house wine, normally very expensive, but here it was very reasonably priced. We also appreciated the fact that there was no music - a great bonus to be able to hear each other talking. We speculated as to why we were the only diners - it was a nice spacious restaurant and reasonably priced. But it was a little on the chilly side and the lighting didn't help the atmosphere - a bit of a rethink there would really help. Also lots of things on the menu were not available. All they need do is to hand-write a new smaller menu with the actual dishes on offer.

Attended as members of a tour group, who had family style lunch. Eggplant appetizers were different and delicious, and salad was crisp and cold. Entrees included a sweet potato rissoto, Salmon Pasta and Veal schnitzel. All were fresh and very well prepared. Atmosphere is bistro and food is Italian Fusion.
