We were staying at Inbal Hotel, Satya is just around the block. We were welcomed by a friendly staff and felt right at home. The liver and tuna tartare were delicious. The service was excellent and attentive. We had a nice time and would go back.

Satya is the brainchild of Chef Ilan Grossi, who previously ran the kitchen at the popular Chakra. The menu leans heavily on Mediterranean influences, with a variety of meat, fish and seafood dishes made only from the freshest raw ingredients source from the local markets. The restaurant is cozy and stylish, but still manages to keep a fun, casual atmosphere, especially at the bar.

We ordered an array of small plates so we could share. The risotto and seafood dishes were excellent. Even the bread and dips were awesome. Really glad we stopped at Satya.

As we were finishing our meal, our server introduced us to Ilan Garusi, the chef and owner who was seated next to us. What a treat! My fish was perfectly cooked with a crispy bite and Asian influenced spices. Also loved the ‘cabbage steak’ which was roasted cabbage served with yogurt, almonds and herbs. One of the best meals I’ve had anywhere!
