I hate having to do this, especially because the owner/waiter seemed so nice, but the food here is truly mediocre. We got roped into eating here by my 9 year old daughter, who felt so bad for the man standing in the doorway trying to round up diners. The restaurant was empty the entire time we ate here. Understandably so. We basically got diced chicken with canned string beans. And it cost nearly US$200 (with wine) for 4 people, making it by far the most expensive meal we had in all of Israel! There are so many better and less expensive restaurants to choose from, I would avoid this one.

We have visited the restaurant with my family earlier today. Since it was Sunday noon, 01 Jan 2017, there was not much of a choice where to take lunch in the area. We have ordered the usual staff that one can find in local restaurants - starters, kebabs, stuffed vegetables and fish. The food was poor and the price was simply outrageous for its quality. There was only one more occupied table in the whole restaurant and the service was not that bad (especially little Adam was kind to prompt the internet password in our phones) but as a whole, I would not recommend this place - better go down Mamilla passage.
