Our 5th time there. Was excellent every time. The only thing I would change is the music. Chill music i can hear in every place around the world. Put some local or classical music.

I dined recently at Touro on a cool Jerusalem summer evening in July 2020. The variety of the menu was impressive, and the service was attentive, yet informal and friendly. Portions reflected local cuisine, which were creative, really tasty, and also generous. The pace was deserving a fine dining establishment - calm, at our own pace, and in synch with the course of the evening. All in all, this is a first-rate restaurant that delivers tremendous classical dishes, with innovative starters and desserts. Add into that the setting with the backdrop of the Kidron Valley and the walls of the Old City of Jerusalem, and this place is a must go-to in Jerusalem. Worth every sheqel.
