<h3 style="text-align: justify;">Part 1: Personal Chef Tasting Tour</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Start with a journey of tastes through the Mahane Yehuda Market. A chef will accompany the group throughout the activity. The tour includes focused and professional explanations, as well as tastings from the different stands and stores of Machane Yehuda:</p>

<ul style="text-align: justify;">
 	<li>Tastings of spices, olive oils, and blends of legumes and grains</li>
 	<li>Tastings and explanations about a selection of imported cheeses</li>
 	<li>Tastings of locally produced halva and organic tahini made of Ethiopian sesame</li>
 	<li>Tastings of local pastries and explanations about traditional baking methods</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;">During the workshop, you'll learn about and discuss seasonal fruits and vegetables, the offerings at a fishmonger, different parts of meat and how to use each, useful cooking tips and recommendations, and gather a variety of materials to use in the cooking portion of the workshop.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: justify;">Part 2: A Cooking Workshop with Jerusalem Chefs</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">For the workshop, you'll separate into small groups, each responsible for one course of a menu put together by your chef. S/he will present the recipes and show you how to prepare some of the courses.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">After everybody has prepared their courses, the entire group will eat the fruits of their labor and enjoy a delectable meal accompanied by top-notch wine pairings, stories from the market and an electric atmosphere.</p>
