The 1913 Moshavot Expedition – History & Heritage Tour
- Duration
2 days - Languages
English, Hebrew
Overview
What does it mean to be Jewish in the land of Israel? What is a non-observant Jew? Can religious Jews and secular Jews live side by side? These questions are just as relevant today as they were in 1913 when Rabbi Kook decided to go on a rabbinical expedition to the newly established secular-Zionist-Jewish settlements.
Join a fascinating 2-day tour to the Jewish settlements of 1913 and discover the answers to these questions! The Rabbi Kook House welcomes travelers to enjoy a unique experience following the footsteps of HaRav Kook, Rabbi Yossef Chaim Sonnenfeld and their rabbinical delegation that went to visit and meet the Jewish pioneers in the northern part of the country.
