This was wonderful, educated and extreme trip with tomcar in rainy weather 👌.

Very unprofessional service the guy gives attitude and doesn’t take responsibility. I’m surprised that he has a licence to operate such a business. Will never go back or recommend.
Terrible experience.

I booked a two-day trip to Jerusalem with 180 employees through Alon, from start to finish. Alon organized the trip for me in a masterful manner, with a lot of patience!
The trip was managed in the best possible way, it included a perfect breakfast in Ein Kerem, a jeep tour, a tasting tour in the Mahane Yehuda market, dinner, and the next day a tour of the Western Wall tunnels!
Everything went perfectly and in the most organized way, thank you Alon for the crazy experience and the trip that the employees never stop talking about and praising ❤️

As already stated here, I usually don't give low reviews, but this was just appalling. From start to finish the communication with Alon was terrible, every question you ask you feel like you did something wrong. The dismissive attitude just ruins the experience.
The area is of course very beautiful and the views are great, but the customer service is beyond reproach. I hope other people have a different experience.
