“Music meets culinary excellence”
Tucked away in Nahalt Shiva’s newly renovated Kikar Hamuzika complex, Kinor Bakikar is one of the city’s best new restaurants, boasting a unique atmosphere where music meets culinary excellence.
The menu
Kinor Bakikar features a culinary lineup that seamlessly combines classic European and modern cuisine with local inspirations and ingredients.
For the carnivore with a refined taste, there’s a dream selection of rack of lamb on stir-fried mangold, chickpeas and Persian lemon, duck breast with date honey and pears, roast beef with shallots and Portobello mushrooms and beef au jus sauce and slow-cooked beef shortribs with chimichurri sauce, onions and grilled peppers.
While meat is certainly the star of the joint, vegetarians and fish-lovers won’t go home hungry with dishes to choose from like a fillet of grilled sea bream, fork-mashed potatoes, spinach and grilled peppers, a grilled vegetable medley, vegetable tempura with tartar sauce and freshly made pappardelle pasta with artichoke confit, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil and lemon.
Alongside the main menu, Kinor Bakikar also has a rich selection of desserts, full bar and extensive wine list.
Dining and events at Kinor Bakikar
Knor Bakikar features both indoor and outdoor spaces with a max capacity of 220 seated guests. The main dining room is elegant with a mix of luxurious custom chairs and sofas and a long bar stocked with the world’s leading spirit brands, local and imported wine and beer and the famous Margnane Italian coffee.
The outdoor seating area can seat 100 and is flanked by the Kikar Hamuzika performance stage that hosts live music on a daily basis and a fountain that create a charming atmosphere.
The restaurant also employs a friendly dedicated staff to help you organize events of all shapes and sizes, from birthdays and anniversaries to bar mitzvahs and everything in between.

MoreI've been to this restaurant twice and both times it's been fantastic. The first time I went with my family are we tasted almost of all the appetizers which were so good we ordered doubles of some of them. Their foccacia is delicious, hot and freshly baked. For main course, I ordered the entrecote steak which was delicious, it was cooked to perfection and was full of flavour. My family ordered all of the desserts and they were scrumptious, my favourite was the chocolate souffle. Both times I went the service was great, polite and attentive and friendly. The live music was great, there was a man playing music and a woman singing (different couples) but were very talented and the music was entertaining but not too loud to disturb the meal. The prices are expensive but in my opinion it's a worthy price to pay for the fantastic quality of the food and the overall experience. I look forward to going back!
LessExcellent experience. Food, service, quality of the served dishes, very good. The carpaccio and the lamb shawarma incredible good.
