Usually I like to give a good or even great grades for restaurant, However, this time I must warn you all. We made a reservation for six persons for Saturday (this restaurant is one of the few that are open on Saturday in Jerusalem). We were seated in the closed patio with a very poor air conditions ( we almost melted). After we made our order (A steak, pasta two stuffed chicken, a burger and an onion soup), we waited more than 40 minutes for the dishes to arrived. Meanwhile the service was very poor and got no compensation to the so long waiting time. When the dishes finally arrived, the pasta was well (Ravioli instead of Tortellini) , the steak was fine also, the two stuffed chicken were very small. The burger was a big disappointment ( the brioche buns were cold and did not fit the size of the burger) with traces of lettuce and the burger itself was overcooked. The onion soup which was suppose to be the testy soup was a complete disaster (overcook, with several strong spices that could not be eaten more than few spoons. You asked yourself why did we call the manager for replacing the dishes, well just to wait another 50 minutes for another dishes in such a bad climate patio made me shiver... I paid the bill (more than 600 nis, around 175$) and the tip The same price i paid in CieIo and enjoyed every minute, here it was quite the opposite. I do not believe i will ever come to this restaurant again
