This rating of 2 stars is only for the manageress who to tried to solve the issues at the end of the night. We were suggested to come here by the hotel from across the road. We really wish we had read TripAdvisor before coming here. When we arrived, we waited for 10 minutes for any recognition and to be seated and that is where it all started. It was hard to find something to eat and apart from a couple of nice items, the rest was awful. The eggplant entree was swimming in the garlic aioli and the aioli killed the flavor of anything else. The salmon nicoise with green beans replaced with lettuce and 2 snow peas was killed by the flavor of the vinaigrette dressing. When I asked where the green beans were, the waitress shrugged her shoulders and said it was ok that they weren’t included. The chips with the hamburger looked like the oil hadn’t been changed in over 6 months and were under cooked.

Freezing cold, draughty unfriendly restaurant in Jerusalem. The outside temperature was 6 degrees. I sat with my coat and scarf wrapped around my legs. I did not check out the menu before going. The hotel recommended the restaurant. I personally found the menu difficult. I would have walked out but did not know how easy it would be to find another restaurant with vacancies in Jerusalem on a Friday night. I found the staff very haughty and inattentive. Do not waste your money.

We visited Zuni 2 nights in a row. The first night was very enjoyable, great food, very nice staff and good atmosphere. As we were staying in the hotel across the street we decided to return the night after. What a disappointment! Different staff on duty that did not pay any attention and were not friendly at all. I guess as a result the food did not taste the same and we left feeling rather let down. Behind us was a group of 8 people who left after 25 minutes as no one came to take their order.
